Genetic Partners

At Seaton Farms, we are proud to stable some exciting genetics for several partners. As the industry changes, we see more herds being dispersed. Housing genetics for our partners is a way we see to keep quality people involved in the industry after their herds are sold or for others, it's a way to start their pedigree journey by having a place to keep their livestock as they get started.

Grantchester Holsteins

Ed was lucky enough to work for John Suenson-Taylor in the late 90's. Many will remember the famous Heather 8 from this prestigious herd. After selling the herd, John's passion for the pedigree Holstein is still ever present. When John asked us to house some of his cows, it was an honour for us to accept. Families include Golda, Fawn, Okalibra, Jazz, Jodie, Nellie, Kelly & Farrah. Red Sky Altitude Jazz achieved Grand Champion at The Royal Cheshire Show 2024.
